NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By entering the RSI Home Improvement $5,000 JellyFish Permanent Lighting Giveaway (“Giveaway”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of RSI Home Improvement / DSR Contracting LLC (“Sponsor”).

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Official Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

To receive the installation portion of the prize, the winner must own or have authorization from the property owner to install the prize at an eligible residential property located within RSI Home Improvement’s normal service area.

Employees, owners, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of RSI Home Improvement / DSR Contracting LLC, along with members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway through either of the following methods.

METHOD 1 — QUALIFYING ROOFING OR SIDING ESTIMATE

During the Promotion Period, schedule and complete a qualifying residential roof replacement estimate and/or siding replacement estimate with RSI Home Improvement.

Each eligible individual who completes a qualifying roofing and/or siding estimate will receive:

ONE (1) ENTRY

There is a maximum of one (1) entry per eligible person, regardless of whether the individual receives a roofing estimate, siding estimate, or estimates for both services. Receiving both a roofing and siding estimate does not provide an additional entry.

No purchase, signed contract, deposit or other payment is required to receive an entry.

Estimates must be legitimate requests for potential residential roofing or siding replacement projects located within RSI Home Improvement’s normal service area.

Requesting additional or duplicate estimates will not result in additional entries. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, fictitious, or otherwise non-qualifying estimate requests.

METHOD 2 — FREE ONLINE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY

No estimate or purchase is required.

To enter without receiving a roofing or siding estimate or purchasing any product or service, an eligible individual may complete and submit the official JellyFish Lighting Giveaway Entry Form available on RSI Home Improvement’s website during the Promotion Period.

The online entry form may require the entrant to provide information reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway and verify eligibility, including:

 - Full legal name;

 - Residential address;

 - Phone number;

 - Email address;

 - Confirmation that the entrant is 18 years of age or older;

 - Confirmation of Michigan residency; and

 - Agreement to these Official Rules.

The online entry form must be fully completed and successfully submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2026.

Each eligible individual may receive a maximum of one (1) entry through the online alternate method of entry. An individual who has already received an entry through a qualifying roofing or siding estimate may not receive an additional entry by submitting the online entry form.

Likewise, an individual who submits a qualifying online entry will not receive an additional entry if that individual later completes a qualifying roofing or siding estimate.

Entries submitted through the free online alternate method will be treated equally in the random drawing and have the same opportunity to win as entries received through a qualifying roofing or siding estimate.

4. ENTRY LIMIT

There is a maximum of:

ONE (1) ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE PERSON

during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry.

An eligible individual may enter by:

 - Completing a qualifying roofing and/or siding estimate with RSI Home Improvement;

 - Completing the free online alternate entry form available on RSI Home Improvement’s website.

Receiving estimates for both roofing and siding does not provide an additional entry. Submitting an online alternate entry in addition to receiving a qualifying estimate does not provide an additional entry.

Requesting multiple or duplicate estimates or submitting multiple online forms does not provide additional entries.

A purchase from RSI Home Improvement does not provide additional entries and does not improve an entrant’s odds of winning. Entries may not be transferred, sold, assigned or exchanged.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, automated, incomplete or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.

5. PRIZE

One (1) eligible winner will receive:

UP TO $5,000 IN JELLYFISH PERMANENT LIGHTING

The prize consists of a JellyFish Permanent Lighting system supplied and professionally installed by RSI Home Improvement with a maximum total retail value of $5,000.

The $5,000 maximum prize value includes qualifying JellyFish Permanent Lighting materials and standard professional installation provided by RSI Home Improvement.

The exact lighting layout, footage, equipment and installation included will depend upon the winner’s property and will be determined by RSI Home Improvement.

If the final retail value of the lighting system and qualifying installation is less than $5,000, the winner will not receive the remaining difference as cash, credit, gift card, additional products, additional services or other compensation.

If the winner requests a lighting project, upgrade or installation exceeding the $5,000 maximum prize value, the winner may elect to pay the additional amount above $5,000, subject to a separate written agreement with RSI Home Improvement.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash redemption value.

6. ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE

Unless specifically included by RSI Home Improvement in writing, the prize does not include:

- Major electrical upgrades or modifications;

 - Repair or replacement of existing electrical systems;

 - Structural repairs or modifications;

 - Repair or replacement of existing roofing, siding, soffit, fascia or other building components;

 - Specialty access equipment or extraordinary installation requirements;

 - Work outside RSI Home Improvement’s standard JellyFish installation practices;

 - Additional lighting, accessories or upgrades that cause the project to exceed the $5,000 maximum prize value; or

 - Other construction or home improvement work unrelated to the standard lighting installation.

RSI Home Improvement reserves the right to inspect the proposed installation property and determine whether the property is reasonably suitable for installation.

7. RANDOM DRAWING

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.

DRAWING DATE: DECEMBER 10, 2026

The drawing will take place on or about December 10, 2026.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Every eligible entry will be included in the same random drawing regardless of whether the entry was received through a qualifying roofing or siding estimate or through the free online alternate method of entry.

Purchasing roofing, siding or any other product or service from RSI Home Improvement will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond to RSI Home Improvement within five (5) business days following the initial notification.

Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to:

- Verify identity;

 - Verify age and Michigan residency;

 - Confirm compliance with these Official Rules;

 - Verify ownership of or authorization to install the lighting system at the proposed property;

 - Complete and sign an eligibility and prize acceptance form; and

 - Complete any reasonable documentation required for installation or prize administration.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified.

In that event, RSI Home Improvement reserves the right to randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. PRIZE INSTALLATION

Installation must take place at an eligible residential property located within RSI Home Improvement’s normal service area unless otherwise approved by Sponsor in writing.

The property owner must authorize the installation.

The winner agrees to provide RSI Home Improvement with reasonable access to the property for measurements, inspection, planning and installation.

The installation date will be coordinated between the winner and RSI Home Improvement and is subject to:

- Weather conditions;

 - Product availability;

 - Crew availability;

 - Property conditions;

 - Electrical and installation requirements; and

 - RSI Home Improvement’s normal scheduling procedures.

The winner must cooperate with RSI Home Improvement in scheduling the installation within a reasonable period following verification of the winning entry.

10. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes, fees or reporting obligations resulting from acceptance of the prize.

The winner may be required to provide Sponsor with information or documentation reasonably necessary for Sponsor to comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants RSI Home Improvement permission to use the winner’s name, city, photograph, likeness and photographs or video of the completed JellyFish Permanent Lighting installation for reasonable advertising, promotional, website and social-media purposes without additional compensation.

Any such use will be subject to applicable law.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, governmental actions or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity, fairness or proper administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to:

 - Manipulate or abuse the entry process;

 - Submit fraudulent or fictitious information;

 - Obtain entries through deceptive means;

 - Interfere with the administration of the Giveaway; or

 - Otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entry verification, winner selection and administration of the Giveaway are final to the extent permitted by law.

13. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless RSI Home Improvement and its owners, officers, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except for claims or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing contained in these Official Rules is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

If this Giveaway is advertised, shared or promoted through Facebook, Instagram or another social-media platform, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those social-media platforms.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to RSI Home Improvement and not to the applicable social-media platform.

15. JELLYFISH LIGHTING DISCLAIMER

JellyFish Lighting is the brand/manufacturer of the permanent lighting system offered as the prize.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, this Giveaway is independently sponsored and administered by RSI Home Improvement and is not sponsored, administered or operated by JellyFish Lighting.

All product names, trademarks and registered trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

16. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the potential winner and otherwise operating the promotion.

Any additional marketing use of entrant information will be subject to applicable law and Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

17. GOVERNING LAW

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes relating to the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
